Pushes my Bassman to its sweet spot! Thursday, September 10, 2026 Reviewer: Miguel P. from Gilbert, AZ   I have a clone Bassman AA864/AB165 I built with some local negative feedback in both channels. Modded the bass channel to Marshall specs and have this boost plugged into it. Wow… it does exactly what it says it would - tube crunchy goodness, and then some! I am trying to figure out if I want to keep it permanently mounted on top of the amp head on a custom stand or add it to a pedal board. Thanks ANALOG.MAN!!!!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Beano Boost Friday, May 15, 2026 Reviewer: Rodd from Alberta   I've had this Beano for coming on 10 years , and finally write a review because I just ordered the KoT Its absolutely an amazing boost pedal. I use it with my Mesa TransAtlantic combo on the tweed channel and get Warren Haynes tones out the ying yang. And dialed in on my Vibroverb ever so gentley.......Jerry tones a plenty!!! Thanks Analog Man.... great Boost Pedal!! Was this review helpful to you?

Beano Boost - Best Rangemaster Type Pedal! Friday, February 7, 2025 Reviewer: Mike Bruley from Calgary, Alberta   Stop wasting your money on other pedals, this is the Rangemaster type boost you've been searching for. If you're looking for this type of pedal, you already know what sounds to expect. Every other Rangemaster type boost I've tried produced excessive noise, I just assumed that's how they were, I was wrong. Analog Man nailed it with this one! It does what you want it to without producing all of that background noise. The volume on/off switch is an awesome feature as well! Whether on its own, or with other pedals, the Beano Boost has exceeded my expectations. Stop wasting your time and money on gimmicks, buy the Beano Boost! Was this review helpful to you?

Beano boost Tuesday, November 26, 2024 Reviewer: Pete Marechal from New Bern, NC   Man, I dig this pedal! I have been playing since 1965 and have always believed in the sound when you turn the guitar down it is clean and turn it up and it is distorted and full. This is the way this pedal is. The switch is genius with normal/treble, mid and low so you can tailor it to the guitar or amp. In my small studio I can put my Marshall studio JTM20 on the 5-watt setting and put Beano into action and it sounds just like a JTM45 at 10. Awesome! Since I liked this pedal so much, I bought two more different pedals because the sound quality and build quality is spectacular. Thanks so much, Peter. Was this review helpful to you?

Wow. It’s as good as people say it is. Tuesday, January 3, 2023 Reviewer: Wes from Atlanta, GA United States   Just got one of these and cannot believe how good it sounds.  It’s everything folks say it is.  And then some.   Initially, I put it behind some buffered pedals and thought I was going to have to return or flip it.  Really harsh and tinny.  Then I read some more and put it after my ge fuzz but before everything else.  I was blown away.   Responds great to guitar volume and sounds killer.  Worried it’s going to make my other dirt pedals irrelevant.  My first Analogman purchase.  It won’t be my last.  Thanks!
